(A) Monthly Subscription Plans
You can subscribe to one of these plans and pay on a monthly basis. There are 2 options available in monthly plan in which you can choose between basic or premium package. Basic package offers most of the features in VidSight™ but premium package supports more agents, more call credits, more storage and other premium feature.
(B) Pay Per Use aka Prepaid Plan
This is a one-time purchase and the plan is valid for 30 days only. There are 2 options available in pay per use plan in which you can choose between basic or premium package. Basic package offers most of the features in VidSight™ but premium package supports more agents, more call credits, more storage and other premium feature.
(C) Top Up
If either of your monthly or pay per use plan is running out of credit to make video calls, you can top up additional call credit to the plan anytime during the validity period.

Upon sign up to VidSight™, Company XYZ can make free video calls for 4 months
After 4 months of free trial, Company XYZ would like to continue the service considering to keep the company's commitment low, hence the Account Owner has subscribe to pay per use plan first
Pay per use plan expires after a month, Company XYZ find the features are really benefited to the company, hence the Account Owner has decided to upgrade to a monthly plan
Company XYZ has fully utilized the call credit before the monthly plan is renewed the next month, the Account Owner has purchase additional call credit as a top up to avoid any service interruption
Monthly plan will be auto renewed in a monthly basis
You can simply sign up to enjoy the solution that comes with amazing features for free. To enjoy more functions and features, you can subscribe to Basic or Premium plan to support your businesses. Subscription for plan upgrade can be done through online payment via paypal account, credit card or debit card as the payment method.
VidSight™ solution is build on peer to peer technology to establish real-time connection between agent and clients. Our peer-to-peer connection are fully encrypted on SSL connection.
Video file and annotated photo will be automatically uploaded to the Portal Dashboard once video call is ended. To view back any annotated photo and video recorded, you may click on specific Case Reference Number in hyperlink provided in Portal Dashboard.
